This privacy policies below set out the basis for processing any personal data that Persona Partnership LLP (we) collect from you or that you provide to us.  Please read the following carefully to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

Privacy Policy - Clients

Data we collect and process

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • If you send us personal information, we may keep your email address, telephone number, role and company details.

  • We will keep a record of services/products we provide to you.

  • We may keep a record of email correspondence with you.

How we use your data                                                  

We have to hold and process your details in order to provide the product or service that you have requested from us. However, we only use these details to provide the product/service you have requested and for other closely related purposes. For example, we might use your email address to send you a copy of our new assessment exercises brochure (no more than 1 per year).

 

We will not transfer any of your data to any third parties without your permission. 

 

We may send you marketing emails; up to a maximum of 2 per year.

Disclosure of your data

After gaining your consent, we may disclose your personal information to our associates and suppliers for the performance of any contract we enter into with you. In this case we will ensure that any such service provider adheres to at least the same obligations of security with regard to your data as undertaken by us.

Data we collect and process

We may collect and process the following data about you:

  • If you or our client send us your personal information, we may keep your resume/CV, email address, telephone number, role and company details

  • We will keep a record of interviews, assessments and other activities you have undertaken as part of a recruitment/assessment (‘performance data’)

  • We may keep a record of email correspondence with you.

 

How we use your data                                                  

We process personal information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include providing recruitment/assessment services to you and our clients. We will only use this information to provide the appropriate service to you and our clients, for example we may use information about you to judge your suitability for a role.

 

Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.

 

Disclosure of your data

We will share information about you with our clients who are involved in the recruitment/assessment service that we are providing you. For example, we may share your resume and performance data with our client hiring team.

 

We may share your data with our associates for the performance of our recruitment and assessment services. We will only do this if directly related to the recruitment/assessment service that we are providing you and our client. In this case we will ensure that any such service provider adheres to at least the same obligations of security with regard to your data as undertaken by us.

 

We will not transfer any of your data to any external (i.e. unrelated to the service we are providing) third parties without your permission.

You have the right to ask us to delete and stop processing your personal data. We will delete the data within one month of receiving your request. Please bear in mind that if you object to our processing of your data, or you ask us to delete your data, this may affect our ability to carry out the above-mentioned activities for your benefit.
