We will keep a record of interviews, assessments and other activities you have undertaken as part of a recruitment/assessment (‘performance data’)

We process personal information for certain legitimate business purposes, which include providing recruitment/assessment services to you and our clients. We will only use this information to provide the appropriate service to you and our clients, for example we may use information about you to judge your suitability for a role.
Whenever we process data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data rights in high regard and take account of these rights.
Disclosure of your data
We will share information about you with our clients who are involved in the recruitment/assessment service that we are providing you. For example, we may share your resume and performance data with our client hiring team.
We may share your data with our associates for the performance of our recruitment and assessment services. We will only do this if directly related to the recruitment/assessment service that we are providing you and our client. In this case we will ensure that any such service provider adheres to at least the same obligations of security with regard to your data as undertaken by us.
