Barbara Smith

Prior to joining Persona, Barbara had significant management experience with Marks & Spencer where she held a number of generalist HR roles across a broad range of operating groups.

During her career Barbara has had extensive involvement in line personnel, recruitment, management development, succession planning, policy formulation and implementation, organisational development and career counselling. She has also worked with operations in Continental Europe and was specifically responsible for introducing flexible working practices on a pan European basis.

As a consultant she has been involved in a variety of client projects covering recruitment, recruitment audits, assessment, management development, outplacement and career counselling.
