Sally Smith

Before joining Persona, Sally worked at the BBC, initially in Recruitment and then in the Organisation Development division. In OD she was involved in a wide range of projects including: leadership training, the introduction of 360º feedback, performance management and competency development.

Her final job was Head of Assessment and Development, where she was involved in the design and delivery of assessment and development centres, coaching, interview skills training, career counselling and team building work.

Since becoming a consultant she has worked on a wide range of projects encompassing the fields of recruitment, assessment, development and outplacement.

She holds the BPS Testing Qualifications at Level A and Level B (Intermediate).
