Steve Apps

Steve began his career in market research at Research International, offering research services to a variety of companies across industry sectors. He then specialised in training & development, providing market research specific, IT and management training and leading the way in creating a T&D strategy and operation for the company. During this time, he also gained his CIPD qualifications.

Steve joined Persona to work mainly in Training and Development and has been involved in a number of diverse projects in areas such as assessment, performance management, recruitment, coaching and action learning.

He is also a specialist in facilitation, and uses graphic facilitation tools to help organisations develop strategy, improve internal processes and enhance the effectiveness of their internal communications.
